You don’t just report numbers — you move them. You’re the person who finds what’s working, doubles down on it, and kills what isn’t.


If Tony Stark ran dashboards instead of Jarvis — that’s you.

What You’ll Actually Do


  • Manage day-to-day growth performance for multiple D2C brands.
  • Coordinate between

    media buyers, retention specialists, and creative teams

    to ensure results and consistency.
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics — identify growth levers and propose next steps.
  • Create weekly performance reports and action plans for each account.
  • Manage client communication — keeping brands informed, confident, and growing.
  • Conduct product, pricing, and funnel audits to improve profitability.
  • Spot trends, test hypotheses, and push experiments across channels.


What You’ll Need


  • 1–3 years

    of hands-on experience in

    performance marketing, growth strategy, or account management.

  • Understanding of

    Meta & Google Ads

    , funnels, and D2C metrics (CAC, AOV, LTV, etc.).
  • Comfort with data — you should enjoy making sense of numbers, not just staring at them.
  • Strong coordination and project management skills.
  • Curiosity, accountability, and bias for action — you get things done, fast.

📍 100% Remote (HQ in Goa - we believe in Wi-Fi over office chairs)

Compensation

  • Junior to Mid-Level (1–3 years experience): 4-8 LPA
