Founder's Office Associate - Ops Overlord india 0 years None Not disclosed Remote Full Time

Founder’s Office Associate (Ops Overlord Edition) a.k.a. The Process Police Location: Remote Reports To: Me (Ritesh) —> a founder moving at 200 km/h who needs someone making sure the car doesn’t explode. Works On: All the unsexy but mission-critical stuff that keeps Porcellia running. About Porcellia We're a startup growth studio that helps D2C businesses scale at lightning fast pace using our proprietary growth playbook. We're the brains and the arms and the legs behind some of the coolest D2C brands of the country, such as - Gullylabs, The Cinnamon Kitchen, NOOE, Varalife, & many more... Think of us as a lovechild between a Mckinsey-esque consulting firm & an Ogilvy like creative powerhouse, but for smaller brands. Here’s the deal: Porcellia moves at stupid speed. Which means without someone to hold the ops fort, chaos wins. I’m looking for someone who eats processes for breakfast, dreams in trackers, and thinks in systems. Your job? Build the operating rhythm that keeps the team sharp, fast, and aligned; and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. What your day with me might look like: Taking one of my vague “let’s fix ops” rants and turning it into a clean tracker everyone actually uses Creating a hiring pipeline that doesn’t feel like herding cats Auditing workflows across teams and spotting inefficiencies (and just fixing them) Setting up review cadences, deadlines, and check-ins so projects actually ship on time Helping manage resourcing and bandwidth so nobody burns out (or ghosts mid-project) Being the one person who knows exactly where everything is - files, numbers, accountability Skills that’ll make you dangerous here: Excel is basically your love language (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards — you get it) You think in checklists, systems, and processes You’ve built or run trackers, dashboards, or project management systems before You can take messy chaos and bring order without killing speed You can coordinate, follow up, and handle talent ops without sounding like a boring HR person Bonus if you know your way around Notion, Asana, or any other project management tool You’ll vibe with this role if: You like being the person who keeps the ship running You’re obsessed with processes but flexible enough not to over-engineer them You want to learn what it’s like running ops inside a high-growth creative agency You get a kick out of order, structure, and follow-through You secretly love color-coding spreadsheets This is NOT for you if: You think ops just means attending meetings and making notes You thrive only in chaos and hate structure You need spoon-feeding or constant validation You break out in hives when you open Excel Compensation ₹5–7.5 LPA depending on your experience. (unlikely that freshers will be able to crack this role but you're still welcome to apply) How to apply Along with your resume. Send me: (Any one of these) A tracker or system you’ve built (Excel/Notion/anything) A Loom walking me through your proudest ops win Email it to: ritesh@porcellia.com + ishmita@porcellia.com (Easy Apply won’t cut it. I don’t want “ideas people” — I want “builders of systems.”) This is your chance to sit inside the cockpit of Porcellia, build the backbone that lets our creative chaos scale, and quietly become the person who makes sure nothing breaks when we move fast.
