What You’ll Actually Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across

  Meta & Google Ads

• Analyze daily performance data to uncover growth opportunities
• Build testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and offers
• Collaborate with design, content, and growth teams to create scroll-stopping ads
• Own campaign metrics — CPC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR — and find ways to improve them
• Dive into dashboards, attribution, and experiments to scale results
• Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes

What You’ll Need

For Junior Roles (1–2 years experience):

• Hands-on experience with Meta or Google Ads (agency or brand side)
• A curious, data-loving mindset and basic understanding of ad metrics
• Eagerness to learn performance frameworks, attribution, and optimization

For Mid-Level Roles (2–4 years experience):

• Proven track record of managing 6–7 figure monthly spends profitably
• Ability to build and execute full-funnel strategies (cold → retargeting → retention)
• Strong grasp of attribution, creative testing, and scaling logic
• Experience managing multiple brands or large D2C accounts

📍 100% Remote (our HQ is in Goa, but you can be anywhere with Wi-Fi and vibes)

🕹 Full-Time Role with fast feedback loops, real ownership, and direct founder interaction

Compensation

• Junior Level (1–2 years exp): 4–6 LPA

• Mid-Level (2–4 years exp): 6–8 LPA
