Porcellia

If a performance marketer is the driver, the creative strategist is the navigator — guiding campaigns, shaping ideas, and ensuring every creative output moves the brand forward.


What You’ll Actually Do


  • Ideate and strategize

    digital campaign concepts, ads, and retention creatives

    for high-performing D2C brands.
  • Work directly with

    founders, performance marketers, and creative teams

    to shape briefs and build campaign directions.
  • Manage execution — ensuring copywriters, designers, and editors bring your ideas to life with clarity and intent.
  • Bridge creative and data: translate numbers into narratives, insights into ideas.
  • Run experiments: iterate, test, refine, repeat.
  • Stay plugged into cultural trends, platform shifts, and consumer psychology.


What You’ll Need


  • 2–3 years

    of experience in any of the following: copywriting, design, social media, or performance marketing.
  • A deep understanding of how creative impacts performance (clicks, conversions, retention).
  • Ability to brief, guide, and review work across multiple creative functions.
  • Curiosity that never runs out and discipline that never burns out.
  • An obsession with testing — you love seeing what works and why.

  • You believe creativity and performance are opposites.


Setup


📍 100% Remote (HQ in Goa — but you can be anywhere with Wi-Fi and caffeine)

🕹 Full-Time Role with full creative ownership, direct founder exposure, and fast feedback loops.


Compensation

  • Junior Creative Strategist (1–2 years experience): 4–6 LPA

  • Senior Creative Strategist (3–5 years experience): 9–12 LPA
