Visual Brand Architect (Graphic designer)

We work with luxury, high-AOV D2C brands and lifestyle disruptors who expect both beauty and performance like Gully Labs, Ajmal, Nuuk & Atovio.

What You’ll Actually Do

(Meaningful work, not mechanical work.)

• Build Meta & Google Ads that stop thumbs mid-scroll
• Design email campaigns, landing pages, and brand kits that feel premium
• Shape visual systems that make brands look sharp
• Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and performance teams to bring ideas alive
• Infuse storytelling, rhythm, and emotion into every visual touchpoint
• Make designs clean enough for UI teams and bold enough for campaign walls
• Evolve your craft constantly because every week at Porcellia looks different

This is a role where you’ll see your work live, not hidden in a folder.

What You’ll Need

• 2–5 years

  of hands-on consumer-first design experience
• A strong command of

  Figma, Photoshop & Illustrator

• Taste that’s refined, fast decision-making, and respect for structure
• Ability to collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams
• Bonus: comfort with AI-assisted design tools
• The willingness to push yourself a little further each week

100% Remote Full-Time Role with high ownership and fast creative cycles

Mid-Level (3–5 years): ₹6–9 LPA

Junior Level (1-2 years): Rs. 4-6 LPA
