What You’ll Actually Do

• Support strategic growth initiatives across multiple brands
• Track and follow up on actionables - no loose ends
• Coordinate across teams (design, copy, media, retention) to keep work moving
• Own daily/weekly reporting and help build visibility for key metrics
• Bring operational discipline to the chaos that comes with scaling brands
  

Who You Are (as a person, not a resume)

• You care about doing things well, not just doing them
• You notice details others miss
• You follow through even when no one is watching
• You communicate clearly, calmly, respectfully
• You love structure, but aren’t afraid of chaos
• You want to learn how real growth works, not how it looks on Instagram
  

Your day might look like this:

• Chase this month’s numbers as if it’s your business
• Plan for next month too because growth is built, not lucked into
• Think about what might move ROAS this week
• Think about CRO and where customers might be dropping
• Coordinate with copy + design to launch fast
• Find what works, Kill what doesn’t
• Ask: What haven’t we tried yet?

• Full-time Internship (with the potential to convert to full-time)

  fast learning and faster execution
