- Design and execute test plans for Genesys Cloud IVR applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all functionalities.
- Conduct rigorous testing of IVR applications, including functional testing, regression testing, usability testing, performance testing, and security testing.
- Identify, document, and report software defects using a bug tracking system, providing clear and actionable steps for reproduction.
- Collaborate with developers to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay up to date on the latest Genesys Cloud features and functionalities, incorporating them into the testing process.
- Maintain clear and concise test case documentation, ensuring traceability and consistency.
- Provide constructive feedback on improvements to the Genesys Cloud IVR applications and overall testing processes. What you need:
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on contact centre technology, particularly Genesys Cloud deployments.
- Solid understanding of Genesys Cloud functionalities, including call routing, ACD, IVR, chat, and integrations with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Experience designing and executing comprehensive test plans for Genesys Cloud deployments.
- Ability to conduct thorough test cases covering all aspects of the Genesys Cloud platform, including functionality, usability, performance, security, and compliance with HIPAA regulations. This includes functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects.
- Ability to identify, document, and report software defects using a bug tracking system.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with developers to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Commitment to staying up to date on the latest Genesys Cloud features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Ability to maintain clear and concise test case documentation.
- Ability to provide feedback on improvements to the Genesys Cloud platform and testing processes.
- Preferred:
- Experience with Avtex OneView and Salesforce Genesys Cloud adapter.
- Working knowledge of one or more cloud technologies, such as Genesys Cloud Foundry, Amazon Lex, or Google Dialogflow CX.
