Role Overview

We are seeking aGenesys Cloud IVR QA Tester who will ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of our Genesys Cloud IVR applications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about improving user experience through systematic and thorough testing.Key Responsibilities

test plans and test cases forGenesys Cloud IVR applications.functional, regression, usability, performance, and security testing across Genesys Cloud deployments.software defects using a defect management system with clear reproduction steps.Collaborate with developers and business analysts to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.testable scenarios and potential ambiguities.HIPAA and other healthcare industry standards.Maintain test documentation including RTM, defect reports, and test case traceability.Stay updated with the latest Genesys Cloud features and integrate them into the testing framework.continuous improvement of the Genesys Cloud IVR platform and QA processes.Mandatory Skills35 years of hands-onSoftware Testing experience, preferably inHealthcare or Contact Centre domains .Strong working knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX (PureCloud) includingcall routing, ACD, IVR, chat , andEHR integrations .Manual Testing ,Test Case Design , andDefect Lifecycle Management .functional, regression, and integration tests for Genesys Cloud applications.Testing Tools such asJIRA, Zephyr, or HP ALM .testing methodologies, standards, and QA processes .Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Preferred SkillsAvtex OneView andSalesforceGenesys Cloud adapter .Amazon Lex ,Google Dialogflow CX , orGenesys Cloud Foundry .automation testing tools or scripting (optional but advantageous).Educational QualificationComputer Science, Information Technology , or arelated technical field .Key Performance IndicatorsTimely completion of assigned test activities.100% coverage of requirements\/user stories through test cases.High defect identification accuracy and low reopen rates.Core CompetenciesTest Design and ExecutionDefect Reporting and RetestingRequirement Analysis & ClarificationDomain Understanding (Healthcare & Contact Centre)Continuous Learning and Knowledge SharingKeywords:Genesys Cloud, IVR Testing, Manual Testing, QA Engineer, Healthcare, US Healthcare, ACD, Call Routing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, JIRA, Salesforce Genesys, Avtex OneView, HIPAA Compliance, Contact Centre QA ","
