Job Description

Role Overview: As a Junior QE Cloud, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for applications, including UI, API, and integration tests. You will also execute comprehensive manual testing, identify edge cases, and critical defects when necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for building, configuring, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate code compilation, testing, deployment, and release processes. Your role will involve managing and maintaining infrastructure and services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to ensure high availability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Collaboration with development teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from the early stages will be crucial. Monitoring application performance and infrastructure health on GCP, participating in code reviews, and contributing to overall code quality and maintainability are key aspects of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing and implementing automation scripts and tools, documenting test plans, test cases, and CI/CD processes, and contributing to defining and improving QA and DevOps best practices within the team.
