Which team will you be working in?

You will be working in the Cloud Engineering and Business Experience (CeBe) team within the HCLSoftware group. The HCLSoftware CeBe team drives the cloud-native strategy for HCL Software. We innovate with new technologies and apply them to the HCLSoftware portfolio. The team is distributed across several locations, in India, Europe and the USA.

Required Skills

Experience: 8–12 years of hands-on experience in testing web and mobile applications, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• Define and Execute Strategy:

  You'll collaborate directly with product managers and technical teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies and plans. You will then lead your team in the successful execution of these plans.

• Team Leadership & Mentorship:

  Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers, providing clear direction, reviewing test cases, and offering feedback to ensure their success and growth.

• Communication & Reporting:

  Present testing plans, status updates, and key metrics to the leadership team, providing clear insights into product quality and release readiness.

• Drive Automation:

  Identify, select, and implement test automation tools and frameworks to support end-to-end testing requirements. You will coach the team in adopting these new tools to significantly increase our automation coverage.
