Position Overview We are seeking a high-performing Analyst Relations Associate to join our Analyst Relations (AR) team. This role will support and grow analyst engagement for a specific product portfolio within HCLSoftware. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enterprise technology, strong communication skills, and an eagerness to shape external perception by driving high-impact analyst interactions. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Support: Own day-to-day AR activities for a designated product line, including coordination of briefings, inquiries, and research interactions. Engagement Management: Schedule and support strategic analyst interactions with key firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC Messaging Alignment: Collaborate with product marketing, product management, and leadership to ensure analyst messaging is consistent, compelling, and aligned with go-to-market priorities. Research Monitoring: Track relevant analyst research and competitive coverage to inform internal stakeholders and identify engagement opportunities. Event Support: Assist in planning analyst participation in HCL events and major industry conferences. Reporting: Maintain records of interactions, generate summaries of analyst insights, and contribute to AR impact reporting and dashboards. Content Contribution: Help draft analyst-facing content such as briefing decks, talk tracks, and responses to research surveys and RFI/RFP processes. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in analyst relations, public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field in the technology industry. Exposure to enterprise software markets such as ITOM, AIOps, automation is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders. Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work across teams and time zones.
