• Proven experience in the Wealth Management domain, preferably within banking or financial services. • Hands-on experience with Advent and Prospero applications. Preferable to know the complete working of the application life cycles. • Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio types, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FINMA, CPF) • Technical proficiency in managing integrations, incremental data loads, and platform dependencies • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Information Technology. • Certifications in Agile/Scrum methodologies • Certifications in Wealth/ Investment Banking • Experience with vendor engagement for wealth platforms. • Define the product vision and roadmap for wealth platforms including Advent and Prospero. • Collaborate with stakeholders across Wealth Tribe, Investment Operations, and IT to gather and prioritize requirements. • Own the product backlog and ensure alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements (e.g., CPF Annual Regulation, Islamic proposition, ECM integration). • Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of features such as SIP workflows, trade settlement automation, and incremental load enhancements. • Coordinate with vendors for onboarding, Solutioning, and production support across Advent and Prospero platforms. • Monitor platform performance and resolve issues related to tactical VAT invoicing, trade execution, and fee accruals.
