Are you a QA leader who thrives in the core banking domain and loves being the anchor between onsite and offshore teams?

Test Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Onsite–Offshore Coordination

• Act as the primary QA coordinator across regions

• Bridge the gap between business SMEs, Test Managers, and offshore QA teams

• Align testing priorities with business requirements in AML, Core Banking (Customer, Accounts, Debit Cards, Treasury)

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor offshore Functional & API testers

• Allocate tasks, track execution, manage escalations

Postman

Test Preparation & Execution Oversight

• Validate test cases based on banking use cases and SME inputs

• Ensure readiness across test data, environments, and integration scenarios

• Drive UI, API, and end-to-end integration test coverage

Defect Management

• Lead defect triage with dev teams and business analysts

• Ensure accurate defect logging and resolution across financial transaction flows

• Escalate critical risks with documented business impacts

Reporting & Metrics

• Provide daily/weekly test progress reports

• Highlight blockers, risks, and dependencies

• Support dashboard creation and client-facing updates

Process & Quality Governance

• Enforce QA best practices and documentation standards

• Conduct quality reviews for test cases, data sets, and API validations

• Ensure audit readiness and traceability across all modules

What we're looking for:

✅ 8+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead role

✅Experience in Finacle is must

Core Banking

✅ Experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Wealth Management is plus

Oracle FCCM

Payment Testing

JIRA

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
