About the Team:

QR & Soundbox is a business tool by Paytm designed to help merchants expand and manage their operations through user-friendly technology and data-driven solutions.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand distribution networks and increase market share within the designated operational territory.
• Ensure strong visibility and accountability by driving extensive deployment and sales of QR & Soundbox products.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard sales personnel to align with business objectives and market growth.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members; quickly adapt and apply new concepts and strategies.
• Strategize market coverage including geographic and demographic planning for the Field Sales Executives (FSEs).
• Develop clear communication methods for conveying targets and plans to the sales team to close expectation gaps.
• Oversee quality standards as defined by management and conduct audits on sales and acquisitions made by the team.
• Monitor field activities to ensure sales and product usage are consistently maintained.
• Leverage strong networking skills and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
