Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Experience: 3+ Years

Role Summary

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will own and grow revenue within your assigned territory by driving end-to-end sales for IT, software, analytics, and cloud solutions. You will build strong client relationships and work closely with internal teams to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage territory/area sales, driving consistent revenue growth.
  • Handle the complete sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  • Sell IT, software, analytics, and cloud-based solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demos.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to create winning proposals.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Territory / Area Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in IT, software, analytics, or cloud sales.
  • Strong expertise in client relationship management and account handling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

  • Experience selling data analytics, BI, AI, or cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
