We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of driving business growth. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the BFSI sector. Strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
