Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Territory Sales Manager to own and drive the sales performance of a key market territory. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan, managing the sales cycle, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will be a skilled negotiator and strategist who can build a robust pipeline and foster significant client relationships to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Development: Lead lead generation and outreach initiatives to identify and engage potential high-value clients (retailers, manufacturers, etc.) within the assigned territory.
  • Strategic Presentations: Oversee and conduct high-impact platform demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the platform's value proposition to diverse stakeholders.
  • Key Account Management: Develop and manage critical client relationships through strategic in-person visits for negotiations, partnership discussions, and long-term retention. (Travel expenses will be fully reimbursed).
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management by leveraging CRM tools to track all activities and customer interactions.
  • Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, guiding prospects from initial engagement to successful onboarding and ensuring their long-term satisfaction and growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a successful territory sales plan.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with confidence in addressing senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic business relationships.
  • Strong command of CRM software and sales analytics.
  • A goal-oriented and commercially astute mindset, focused on exceeding territory targets.
  • Readiness to travel across the territory to secure key business opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
