Territory Sales Manager

In this role as a Territory Sales Manager at AESPL in Guwahati, you will be responsible for expanding market penetration and developing strong partnerships with existing dealers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring thorough market coverage by collaborating with dealers and expanding customer reach to individual surgeons, hospitals, and nursing homes. - Managing and supporting dealers in the distribution process to enhance product availability and visibility. You will also be tasked with developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) by identifying and building relationships with key surgeons and hospital management. Your role will involve regular interaction with leading doctors and healthcare professionals to influence product adoption and enhance market credibility. Furthermore, you will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations in live surgeries to showcase the benefits of AESPL's medical devices and differentiate them from competitors. Working closely with hospital surgical teams, you will ensure proper product usage and seamless integration into procedures. Additionally, you will organize marketing events, workshops, and product training sessions to educate healthcare providers on AESPL's product portfolio. By providing market intelligence and conducting competitive analysis, you will gather valuable insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making. Experience in surgical device sales for at least 3 years is required for this full-time position based in Guwahati, Assam.
