Alan, a brand under AESPL, operates based on its core principles - Manan, Sadhna, and Spiritual Foundations. As part of the team, you will contribute to AESPL's mission of changing the world through meaningful actions, empathy, and prompt decision-making. AESPL is looking to fill 2 positions in Bhubaneshwar/Cuttack and Guwahati/Siliguri. Your primary responsibilities will include developing strong partnerships with existing dealers to ensure comprehensive market coverage. You will work towards expanding the customer base by engaging with individual surgeons, hospitals, and nursing homes. Identifying and building relationships with key surgeons and hospital management is crucial for influencing product adoption. Regular interaction with healthcare professionals will be necessary to maintain product credibility and market leadership. You will conduct live demonstrations of medical devices during surgeries to showcase their benefits and distinguish them from competitors. Collaborating with hospital surgical teams will be essential to ensure proper product usage and seamless integration into procedures. Organizing regional workshops, marketing events, and product training sessions will be part of your role to educate healthcare providers on Alan's product portfolio. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering market intelligence, analyzing competitor activities, and providing regular reports to the management team on territory-specific market dynamics.
