Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive tractor/automobile sales, manage dealer networks, and grow market share in the assigned territory. The role involves field sales, dealer coordination, and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly & annual sales targets. Manage and support dealers, sub-dealers, and retail partners. Conduct field activities: demos, farmer meetings, roadshows & market activation. Generate leads, close retail finance, and enhance market share. Track competition and provide market insights. Ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate with service teams. Requirements: Graduate; MBA preferred. 3–7 years of sales experience in tractors/automobiles. Strong communication, negotiation & rural market understanding. Willingness for extensive field travel.
