Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive tractor/automobile sales, manage dealer networks, and grow market share in the assigned territory. The role involves field sales, dealer coordination, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly & annual sales targets.
  • Manage and support dealers, sub-dealers, and retail partners.
  • Conduct field activities: demos, farmer meetings, roadshows & market activation.
  • Generate leads, close retail finance, and enhance market share.
  • Track competition and provide market insights.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate with service teams.

Requirements:

  • Graduate; MBA preferred.
  • 3–7 years of sales experience in tractors/automobiles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation & rural market understanding.
  • Willingness for extensive field travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
