Job Description

The job requires you to achieve sales targets for the assigned territory through effective planning and execution. You will be responsible for managing and growing primary and secondary sales across distributors and retailers. Your duties will include appointing, onboarding, and managing distributors to ensure healthy ROI and timely claims settlement. Monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment will also be part of your responsibilities. Regular market visits will be essential for you to understand customer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends. Implementing trade schemes and promotional activities effectively is crucial. Building strong relationships with B2C customers such as mechanics, retailers, and workshops to drive brand preference and loyalty will be a key focus. You will need to submit regular reports on sales performance, distributor health, and market feedback. Taking the initiative and executing various demand generation and BTL marketing activities to enhance market share are also expected. Your strong capability in value selling and maintaining effective customer engagement will be beneficial for this role. Preferred industry experience in Lubes, Oils, FMCG, Tyres, Batteries, Paint is preferred. Experience in handling distributors and primary and secondary sales will be valuable. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
