Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase primary and secondary sales through distributors. Build strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and end-users. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction. Handling Distributors and Channel Sales Achieve monthly , quarterly and yearly target through various channels Monitor and review the performance on monthly and quarterly basis. Distributor sales team review and data collection. Appointing new distributors and maintaining the relationship with existing one.
