Job Description

  • Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase primary and secondary sales through distributors.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and end-users.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Handling Distributors and Channel Sales
  • Achieve monthly , quarterly and yearly target through various channels
  • Monitor and review the performance on monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Distributor sales team review and data collection.
  • Appointing new distributors and maintaining the relationship with existing one.
