Job Description

Role & responsibilities Strategic Sales Planning & Execution: Developed and executed comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets across the assigned region. Analyzed sales reports regularly to track performance and optimize regional sales efforts accordingly. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivated and maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders in the value chain, including channel partners, distributors, retailers, and end consumers. Identified potential customers and established long-term business relationships through strategic engagement and follow-ups. Market Development & Expansion: Spearheaded regional growth initiatives in the Automotive Aftermarket sector based on insights gathered from extensive market research and field surveys. Conducted in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging industry trends. Business Development & Deal Negotiation: Led high-value negotiations and successfully closed strategic deals with key clients, ensuring win-win outcomes and long-term partnerships. Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Worked in close coordination with Corporate and Regional Marketing teams for ATL/BTL campaigns, new product launches, and promotional activities. Collaborated cross-functionally with internal teams to conceptualize and implement impactful sales and marketing initiatives. Customer Engagement & Reporting: Maintained a comprehensive customer database and sales records, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. Provided regular updates and detailed reports to clients and management on sales performance, marketing activities, and customer insights. Preferred candidate profile Candidates with 14 - 20 years of experience in Sales within the Automotive Aftermarket sector. Proven track record of managing regional sales and driving revenue growth.
