Job Description

Area Sales Manager / Senior Territory Sales Executive / Territory Sales Executive


Location: Multiple Locations Across Gujarat


Key Responsibilities:


* Maintain and expand existing business while developing new markets for revenue growth.

* Develop and manage relationships with specific dealers and distributors to enhance market reach.

* Design and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned territory.

* Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.

* Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in both established and new markets.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

* Conduct regular field visits to understand market dynamics and customer needs.

* Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.


Qualifications:


* Graduation in any stream is acceptable.

* Candidates with an MBA or BBA (preferably in Marketing and Sales) will be given preference.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat.

* Result-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.


*Sales Support Manager / Project Manager


*Location:* Sola, Ahmedabad (Fixed Location)


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide strategic and operational support to the sales team to enhance efficiency and sales effectiveness.

* Coordinate and manage sales projects, ensuring that timelines and targets are consistently met.

* Analyze market data and sales performance to assist in data-driven decision-making.

* Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

* Handle customer queries, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior management when needed.

* Drive process improvements and support the development of market strategies.

 *Qualifications:*

* Graduation in any stream is acceptable.

* Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

* Experience in sales operations, project management, or similar roles.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

* Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

* Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
