Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Sales Planning Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales strategies. Set regional and team-wise targets with a clear action plan. 2. Team Leadership & Coordination Manage district-level sales executives. Conduct weekly reviews and monthly training for skill enhancement. Ensure the sales team adheres to SOPs and reporting formats. 3. Market Expansion & Channel Development Identify and establish relationships with new distributors, retailers, and HoReCa partners. Explore potential for new city/state expansion with targeted campaigns. Provide regular market intelligence and competitor activity updates. Conduct wine tastings, promotional events, and customer engagement drives. Liaise with the logistics team for smooth product delivery and inventory management. 4. Performance Monitoring Track KPIs like revenue growth, outlet penetration, and sales velocity. Sales Target : Clear monthly & quarterly revenue and volume targets. Client Meetings : Minimum number of productive client visits per week. New Client Acquisition : Quarterly targets for onboarding new retail points or distributors. Recovery: Amount of money recovered after passing on schemes, discounts, promotional activities etc. Analyze city/district-wise performance and suggest improvements. 5.
