Territory Sales Executive

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Sales Executive to drive sales of our premium range of ayurvedic medicines, herbal supplements, and wellness products. The ideal candidate will manage assigned territories, build strong distributor and retailer networks, achieve sales targets, and promote the benefits of authentic ayurvedic solutions in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by promoting ayurvedic products to distributors, pharmacies, clinics, wellness centers, and retail outlets.

Identify and onboard new customers, including chemists, ayurvedic practitioners, and corporate wellness programs. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies for product placement and promotions. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, expense claims, and territory coverage plans.

Collaborate with marketing teams for local campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events focused on natural health solutions. Handle collections, resolve customer queries, and manage stock replenishment to minimize downtime.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc., B.Pharma, or BAMS preferred) or equivalent; knowledge of ayurveda/herbal products is a plus.1-3 years of field sales experience in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or ayurvedic products.

Deep understanding of ayurvedic product benefits, market dynamics, and consumer health trends.Self-motivated with resilience to handle targets in a competitive environment. Analytical mindset for sales forecasting and territory management.

Pay: ₹23,118.97 - ₹42,890.45 per month
