Role Description Job Title: Territory Sales Executive (Field Sales Job) Experience Required 3 to 5 years of relevant field sales experience. Salary ₹25,000 and above (Final salary will depend on interview performance, qualification, and experience.) Qualification Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred). Achieve assigned sales and collection targets . Prepare and execute a territory-specific field sales plan . Provide transparent information on products, pricing, discounts, and trade policies to dealers/distributors. Monitor market trends , competitor activities, and customer buying patterns. Submit regular field sales reports , market updates, and documentation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors . Gather market intelligence and update the company on competitor strategies and price movements. Make regular field visits to existing and potential customers to generate new business. Act as a link between customers and the company . Coordinate with sales support/back-office teams for smooth operations. Deliver end-to-end client servicing , addressing customer needs promptly. Create and implement marketing and sales promotion plans ; must be tech-savvy. Travel extensively for on-ground sales activities, market visits, and customer meetings .
