Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate and maintain boilers, steam distribution systems, and related auxiliaries in compliance with statutory regulations. 2. Monitor and record all operating parameters such as pressure, temperature, feed water levels, fuel consumption, and water quality.
3. Carry out routine checks, preventive maintenance, and minor troubleshooting of boiler equipment.
4. Ensure efficient fuel utilization and maintain prescribed combustion levels to optimize energy consumption.
5. Conduct water quality tests and coordinate with water treatment teams to ensure compliance with standards. 6. Maintain logbooks, daily reports, and records as per inspection and safety requirements mandated by Boiler Inspectorate and Factory Act.
7. Experience in operating high-capacity coal/oil/gas-fired boilers, preferably in a food/FMCG, dairy, or beverage processing industry.

Pay: ₹25,928.46 - ₹40,000.00 per month
