Role Description Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare and file tax returns, including income tax and sales tax, as required. Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors during financial audits to provide necessary documentation and explanations. Expense Management: Monitor and control expenses to optimize financial performance. Financial Software: Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline financial processes and maintain data accuracy. Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile discrepancies in financial records. Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal financial policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and decision-making skills. Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles. Experience in Tally Prime. Experience in GST filing and TDS.
