Accounts Executive

Role Overview: As an Accounts Executive, your primary responsibility will be to handle financial reporting, tax compliance, audit support, expense management, financial software utilization, reconciliation, and financial compliance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability and compliance of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare and file tax returns, including income tax and sales tax. - Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations. - Monitor and control expenses to optimize financial performance. - Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline financial processes and maintain data accuracy. - Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile discrepancies in financial records. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal financial policies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. - Excellent communication and decision-making skills. Additional Company Details: Residents within the vicinity of MALAPPURAM will be preferred for this position. Experience: - Ideally, 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles. - Experience in using Tally Prime for accounting purposes. - Experience in GST filing and TDS. - Experience in handling Income Tax Returns.
