Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive

• Residents within the vicinity of MALAPPURAM will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare and file tax returns, including income tax and sales tax, as required.
• Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors during financial audits to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
• Expense Management: Monitor and control expenses to optimize financial performance.
• Financial Software: Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline financial processes and maintain data accuracy.
• Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile discrepancies in financial records.
• Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal financial policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and decision making skills.

Experience:

• Typically, 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Experience in Tally Prime.
• Experience in GST filing and TDS.
• Income Tax Returns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
