First Class Boiler Operator

We are looking for an experienced First-Class Boiler Operator to safely operate and maintain high-pressure boilers (Waste Heat Boiler)and associated systems. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations, preventive maintenance, and compliance with all safety and statutory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain First-Class high-pressure boiler systems.
• Conduct routine inspection of boilers, valves, pumps, and auxiliary equipment.
• Maintain daily operation logs—pressure, temperature, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
• Perform water quality checks and manage chemical dosing.
• Identify operational issues and perform necessary troubleshooting.
• Follow all SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and perform repairs.
• Ensure smooth operations during start-up, shutdown, and emergency conditions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid First-Class Boiler Operator Certificate/License (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in high-pressure boiler operation.
• Strong technical knowledge of boiler controls, safety systems, and mechanical components.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in industrial, chemical, carbon, or manufacturing plants.
• Knowledge of automated control panels (PLC/SCADA).
• Basic mechanical or electrical repair skills.
