Tender Executive

Job Title: Tender Executive – Solar Division Location: Hyderabad Department: Tendering / Business Development Experience Required: 2–5 years (Preference to candidates from the Solar / Renewable Energy sector) Job Summary: The Tender Executive will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting tenders, bids, and proposals for solar projects (both government and private). The role requires a strong understanding of solar EPC processes, tender documentation, and compliance requirements to ensure accurate and timely submission. Key Responsibilities: Review tender documents, technical specifications, and BOQs related to solar projects. Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Legal) to gather necessary inputs for tender submissions. Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within deadlines. Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions. Track upcoming solar tenders (State, Central, and Private) and maintain a tender pipeline report. Prepare cost sheets, pricing structures, and bid summaries for management approval. Communicate with clients, consultants, and government departments regarding tender clarifications. Maintain proper documentation for each tender, including submission proofs, corrigenda, and correspondence. Assist in vendor registration and empanelment processes with government bodies and DISCOMs. Prepare post-tender clarification documents and assist in negotiation processes. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of solar EPC tendering processes (Rooftop / Ground Mounted / Open Access). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender portals such as GeM, CPP, and DISCOM websites. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong coordination and documentation management skills. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Commerce / Management. MBA or PG in Energy Management (Preferred). Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
