Job Description:

Shining Star Outsource Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our Tendering & Bidding Department. The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire tendering process on various government portals and ensuring timely submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling tenders on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal).

• Identifying new tender opportunities related to Manpower, Security, and Facility Management Services.

• Preparing and uploading bids/tenders, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.

• Drafting, reviewing, and submitting clarifications, representations, or corrigendum responses on GeM/CPPP portals.

• Coordinating with internal departments for technical, financial, and administrative inputs during bid preparation.

• Maintaining tender records, status reports, and filing all related correspondence.

• Monitoring updates, amendments, and notifications for ongoing and upcoming tenders.

• Preparing Excel-based cost sheets, comparative statements, and data summaries.

• Supporting management in tender evaluation and post-bid follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (preferably B.Tech/BBA/B.Com).

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tendering/bidding activities.

• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Hands-on experience with GeM and CPPP portals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Candidates with prior experience in Manpower, Security, or Facility Management tenders will be preferred.
