Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tender Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Searching tenders from various websites and other sources.
Filing tender online/offline and preparing documents for tender quotations.
Invoicing and billing.
Preparing and submitting tender documents.
Coordinating with internal teams for timely submission of tenders.
Maintaining accurate records of tenders and submissions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering or a related field.
Possess strong knowledge of tender processes, procedures, and documentation.
Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
