Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tender Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage online and offline tender files, ensuring timely submission and follow-up.
Prepare documents for tenders, including quotations and proposals.
Coordinate with clients and vendors for tender-related queries and issues.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of tender processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an added advantage.
Proven experience in tendering, online bidding, and enquiry management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Familiarity with MIS coordination, online tendering, and tender executive roles is desirable.
