Tender Executive Company: Guitaa Technology Private Limited Location: Sector 12, Agarwal Farm, Mansarovar, Jaipur Experience: 6 months – 1 year Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month About the Role: You’ll be responsible for handling the entire tendering process — from identifying opportunities to preparing documentation and submitting proposals. If you enjoy structured work, coordination, and working with government/PSU/private tenders, this is a great fit. Key ResponsibilitiesSearch, scan, and identify relevant tenders on GEM, e-procurement portals, and other tender platforms. Understand tender requirements and collect necessary documents from internal teams. Prepare tender bids, technical documents, and financial/price documentation as required. Ensure all submissions meet deadlines and comply with guidelines. Upload documents and manage submissions on online tender portals. Coordinate with vendors, departments, and management for approvals. Track tender statuses, clarifications, corrigenda, and results. Maintain tender records, MIS reports, and documentation logs. Handle post-tender follow-ups, communication, and basic negotiation if needed. Required SkillsBasic knowledge of online tender portals (GEM, e-procurement etc.). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF tools). Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines. Good communication skills — written and verbal. Ability to understand technical and commercial requirements. EligibilityAny graduate (preferred: B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Tech, or related fields).
