Job Description

We have a position for Online Tender Executive with experience in GEM Portal Bidding. Bidding Experience of Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics Equipment is preferred.

Role and Responsibilities:

To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission.
To vet through incoming tenders and to record tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission
To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications
To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.
Liaison with Govt. Department for Vendor Registration, Approvals and Renewal.
Preparation and submission of different types Bank Guarantees like Bid security and performance Bank guarantees.
Preparing the Tender Comparative Statement and Opening Reports.
Active involvement in Coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Experience in GEM Portal Bidding Preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,848.25 per month
