Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tender Executive to join our team in the IT Software - Client Server industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in tendering, procurement, and sales.

Roles and Responsibility

Evaluate technical and commercial requirements of tender papers to ensure eligibility.
Prepare and submit quotations through online portals.
Coordinate with internal teams for tender preparation and submission.
Attend pre-bid meetings, negotiate with clients, and prepare documentation.
Analyze and evaluate tenders to identify potential opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.

Job Requirements

Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Experience in tender analysis, preparation, bid evaluation, and negotiation is required.
Knowledge of government portals, vendor registration, and tendering processes is necessary.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong business development and lead generation skills are expected.
Familiarity with cold calling and sales techniques is beneficial.
