Job Description

ender Identification & Screening

Regularly search for new tenders on Government, Gem, IREPS, PSU, and Private portals.
Evaluate tender eligibility, scope, and requirements.
Download and study tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and terms.

2. Documentation & Submission

Prepare all required technical and commercial documentation for tender submission.
Maintain updated company documents like GST, PAN, financial statements, certificates, etc.
Coordinate with internal departments for necessary data (pricing, technical details, project experience).
Prepare and draft proposals, EOI, RFP, RFQ responses.
Ensure timely submission of online/offline tenders.

3. Coordination & Communication

Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams for clarification and document collection.
Coordinate for EMD, BG, DD, and other tender-related financial instruments.
Respond to tender queries, pre-bid meetings, and client communications.

4. Tracking & Follow-up

Monitor tender status, corrigendum updates, and submission deadlines.
Follow up on submitted tenders for results and negotiations.
Maintain a tender tracker and MIS reports for management review.

5. Compliance & Record Keeping

Maintain proper documentation and filing of all tender data.
Ensure compliance with tender guidelines and company policies.
Maintain vendor registrations and renewals on tender portals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
