1) Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments (design, production, installation).
2) Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the internal team.
3) Maintain strong, long-term relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
1) Coordinate end-to-end execution of signage and branding projects across retail stores.
2) Monitor project timelines, budgets, approvals, production status, and site installation schedules.
1) Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and milestones.
2) Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and internal reviews.
3) Manage documentation, including work orders, client approvals, and delivery notes.
1) Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
2) Resolve on-ground challenges during site installations by coordinating with site teams.
1) Participate in client meetings and brainstorming sessions to understand evolving needs.
2) Assist the sales team by providing client servicing insights, helping in repeat business and upselling.
