Client Service Coordinator

Role Overview: As the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments such as design, production, and installation, your role involves understanding client requirements thoroughly and effectively communicating them to the internal team. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction is a key aspect of this position. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the end-to-end execution of signage and branding projects across retail stores. - Monitor project timelines, budgets, approvals, production status, and site installation schedules. - Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and milestones. - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and internal reviews. - Manage documentation including work orders, client approvals, and delivery notes. - Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. - Resolve on-ground challenges during site installations by coordinating with site teams effectively. - Support sales and business development activities by participating in client meetings and brainstorming sessions. - Assist the sales team by providing client servicing insights, helping in repeat business, and upselling. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between clients and internal teams. - Excellent organizational abilities to manage project timelines and documentation. - Problem-solving skills to address client queries, feedback, and on-ground challenges. - Ability to collaborate with site teams and support sales and business development activities effectively.
