Client Service Coordinator

Company Overview:

We are a leading cake manufacturing and distribution company(Elo Cakes, Kuriachira, Thrissur) committed to delivering premium-quality products with excellent service. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer orders, coordinate with our production team, and ensure timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and take orders via phone, email, or other channels.
• Accurately record and process all orders in the system.
• Coordinate daily with the production unit to ensure order requirements and timelines are met.
• Monitor order progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Liaise with the delivery/logistics team to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain clear communication between customers, production, and delivery teams.
• Follow up with customers for order confirmations and feedback.
• Prepare daily/weekly order and delivery reports.
• Support administrative tasks related to order management and operations.

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in order management, coordination, or customer service (FMCG/food industry experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.
