Location: Trivandrum Experience: Minimum 1 year (Events Industry) Joining: Immediate Preference: Male candidates preferred About the Role We are seeking a proactive Client Service Coordinator with strong communication and event coordination skills. The candidate should have prior experience in the events industry and be capable of managing client needs efficiently. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning and execution stages. Understand client requirements clearly and communicate them effectively to internal teams. Coordinate with the internal team regarding client requirements and ensure smooth execution. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure the inquiry is successfully closed. Provide suitable event solutions based on client expectations. Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing events. Monitor on-ground event operations to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships with clients and handle any issues or feedback. Prepare required reports, documentation, and event updates. Depending on the requirement, he should be able to visit the client for discussions, briefings, approvals, or coordination. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in events . Fluent in English (spoken and written). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good coordination, follow-up, and client-handling abilities. Capability to work under pressure and multitask. Immediate joiners preferred. Additional Preferences Male candidates preferred (due to travel and on-ground responsibilities). Should be based in or willing to relocate to Trivandrum .
