Role Overview

The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tender Opportunity Identification: Monitor various tender portals and platforms to identify relevant tender opportunities that align with the company's services and capabilities.

2. Tender Document Preparation: Analyse tender requirements and prepare comprehensive bid documents, ensuring compliance with client specifications and company standards.

3. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions. 

4. Submission Management: Ensure timely submission of tenders, both online and offline, adhering to all specified guidelines and formats.

5. Post-Tender Follow-Up: Engage with clients post-submission to address queries, participate in negotiations, and gather feedback on submitted tenders.

6. Record Maintenance: Maintain organised records of all tender documents, submissions, communications, and feedback for future reference and audits.
