Position Overview

Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end tender process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.
Analyze tender documents and requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for tender submissions.
Maintain a comprehensive database of tenders and track submission deadlines.
Prepare and present tender proposals that align with company standards and client expectations.
Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities and assess competition.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
Assist in the negotiation process and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
Provide regular updates and reports on tender activities to management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

A minimum of
2 to 5 years
of experience in tender management or a related field.
Strong understanding of tender processes, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic.
