Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end tender process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.
• Analyze tender documents and requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for tender submissions.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of tenders and track submission deadlines.
• Prepare and present tender proposals that align with company standards and client expectations.
• Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities and assess competition.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Assist in the negotiation process and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
• Provide regular updates and reports on tender activities to management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of

  2 to 5 years

  of experience in tender management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of tender processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic.
