Job Description

Position: Tender Executive

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Location: Kudasan, Gandhinagar

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender & Government Sales Management:

o Monitor and identify relevant GEM and other government tenders for medical equipment.

o Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in compliance with government regulations.

o Liaise with government officials and hospital procurement teams for clarifications and follow-ups.

2. Sales & Business Development:

o Promote medical equipment to government hospitals, healthcare institutions, and other tender clients.

o Generate leads through GEM and other government procurement portals.

o Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with tender requirements.

3. Documentation & Compliance:

o Ensure all tender submissions meet legal and regulatory standards.

o Maintain accurate records of submitted tenders, follow-ups, and client communications.

o Assist in preparing reports on tender outcomes and sales performance.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

o Build strong relationships with key government stakeholders and hospital decision-makers.

o Provide product information, after-sales support, and training where required.

5. Team Coordination & Reporting:

o Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical) to ensure smooth order execution.

o Report weekly/monthly progress of tender submissions, wins, and follow-ups to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

·Bachelor’s degree in Science, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or Business Administration.

· 1–2 years of experience in medical equipment sales, preferably with government or institutional tender exposure.

· Familiarity with GEM portal and government procurement processes is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of government tendering rules and compliance.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.

· Target-driven, organized, and able to work under deadlines.

· Good interpersonal skills to interact with government and hospital officials.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
