Tender Executive

Overview

Indianeers Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to strengthen our Business Development team. The role involves identifying relevant RFPs, EOIs, and Tenders, coordinating proposal preparation, ensuring timely submissions, and supporting business development activities. The Tender Executive will play a vital role in securing new projects and partnerships through efficient bid management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor government, corporate, and donor portals regularly for new RFPs/EOIs/Tenders.
• Review and analyze tender documents to understand eligibility, scope, requirements, and deadlines.
• Maintain and update a database of tenders and track submission status.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal, operations) to compile required documents.
• Draft, format, and proofread tender and proposal submissions.
• Ensure compliance with all tender guidelines and submission requirements.
• Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and communications with tendering authorities.
• Maintain records of submitted proposals, outcomes, and lessons learned.
• Track and manage EMDs (Earnest Money Deposits): maintain records of deposits, validity, refunds, and follow-ups.
• Develop templates, checklists, and standard documents to improve bid efficiency.
• Support the Business Development team with presentations, company profiles, and related materials.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or proposal management.
• Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, compliance norms and EMD handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online tender portals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
